Unakite is a metamorphic rock that is altered granite composed of pink orthoclase feldspar, green epidote, and generally colorless quartz. Unakite is used in the steps leading into the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington DC in the U.S, as well as the tiles on the floor in the south entrance.
